Driverless ice resurfacing is no longer just a prototype idea. At least two manufacturers describe autonomous operation, but these machines are facility projects—not Amazon products.

Phaneuf presents a 100% electric automated ice resurfacer with autonomous driving. It is especially relevant to Canadian arenas because the supplier is based in Québec.

WM describes sensor-guided autonomous operation, app control, adjustable blade depth, water dosage and resurfacing patterns. Its Mammoth platform is presented for ice surfaces up to 2,600 m².
WM Autopilot 3D →“Zamboni” is a brand name. For SEO and technical accuracy, the page should primarily use “autonomous ice resurfacer” or “surfaceuse à glace autonome.” Zamboni's Auto Ice system automates machine functions, but that is not the same claim as driverless resurfacing.
